Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. My work is rooted in movement, devotion, and the joy of sharing embodied practices with others.

I am a London‑based performing artist and teacher dedicated to sharing the beauty and depth of odissi dance and yoga. Both practices shape my work in complementary ways: odissi offers a devotional, sculptural language of movement, while yoga provides the grounding, breath, and inner spaciousness that allow that devotion to be fully embodied.

My work centres on inhabiting the body with presence — exploring how disciplined technique, mindful breath, and emotional sensitivity can open pathways to stillness, expression, and connection. Whether I’m teaching or performing, I approach movement as a form of offering: a way of listening inwardly and honouring the body as a sacred space.

I perform as a soloist and within ensemble works, and I collaborate with musicians and spoken‑word artists to create original pieces. My performances have been presented at London Southbank Centre, National Poetry Library, British Museum, MAC Birmingham, and the London Transport Museum.
