I’ve been a devoted yoga practitioner since 2009. My formal training has been in the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Krama systems (Vinyasa Krama is a traditional approach shared by Srivatsa Ramaswami, a long‑time disciple of Sri Krishnamacharya). Through these studies and my own personal practice, my teaching has evolved into a gentle vinyasa flow that focuses on soft opening, mindful breath, and deep alignment. My aim is always to help the body return to its natural state: open, present, and free.
I currently teach Monday evenings from 18.15–19.15 at Nuffield Hendon, where I offer clear instruction, individual attention, and an atmosphere of curiosity and care.
I believe the yoga system has something to offer everyone — whether it’s improved posture and body awareness, the cultivation of strength and discipline, or a deeper sense of stillness and well‑being.
I look forward to sharing this transformative practice with you.
